Brexit Resources: Immigration routes into the UK from the EU
The following is a summary of the policy guidance now available, most of which was published after the opening of the new work routes on 1st December:
EEA nationals will be treated as Non Visa Nationals from 1st January onwards, which means they can access the T5 concession and PPE at the border: Browse: Visas and immigration - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

For workers based overseas with postings in the UK, the following routes are now available:

The Government’s policy statement in July outlined that they “will continue to work with the creative sector to reform and simplify the offer for creatives coming to the UK on short-term trips”, which remains a priority for us. Details on movement from the UK into EU member states are still subject to negotiation. We’ve been calling for this to be without burdensome administration and cost and will reflect this in our response to the outcome of UK/EU negotiations in the coming days.
